How should Chlorenergy® be taken?
Chlorenergy® are chlorella algae tablets. These can be easily dissolved/chewed in the mouth or swallowed with a sip of water if necessary. They can be taken throughout the day, as 3 x 7 tablets between meals, or 20 minutes before eating.
